How to look up a user's import history

When troubleshooting client issues, it's great to know the latest status, or history, of what exactly the user has uploaded. To do this:

  1. Go to the CFOS top-right menu (should have your username) and select Manage Users
  2. If your user is a Helper, then you need to find the Owner account for that Helper first. Try searching by email domain or company name -- usually works.
  3. When you find the right Owner, hit Edit in the right column.
  4. Go to Companies >> find the company >> open the Actions menu >> hit View Import History
Everything you need will pop up there. You can even view each error by mousing-over the word  Error. Individual historical spreadsheets can be downloaded by clicking on the links in the next column.
